Effective May 23, 2025, an overtime ban was issued for Canada Post employees. This may impact mail delivery times across Canada.

Is there a digital copy of the July/August K: Magazine issue?
Yes. If you are a current Partner with an email address and have not yet received access to an online version of the magazine, please contact our offices during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 am – 4 pm PT). Alternatively, you may wish to browse the online TV Schedule: TV Schedule | Knowledge.ca

When will I get a tax receipt for my recent donation?
Most tax receipts are emailed to donors but if you are waiting for a paper receipt in the mail, we ask for your patience.
As usual, monthly gifts will be receipted in February 2026 for all monthly donations made through 2025.
I’d like to make donation...is it OK to mail it in?
Knowledge gratefully accepts donations through the mail, however with the current labour disruption, this may not be the most reliable way to make your gift.
To minimize delays in Knowledge receiving your donation and updating your partnership, here are some alternative ways of giving:
- Converting to monthly giving is the best way to avoid any future interruptions in your partnership.
It also avoids hassles with renewal notices or phone calls and you can stop at any time. You can set up a monthly donation by credit card online here.
If you would prefer to set up a monthly direct debit from your bank account, please give us a call at 604-431-3222 or toll free 1-877-456-6988 during business hours (8 am to 4 pm PT) and have a cheque from your account handy when you call.
Monthly giving from your bank account is the most cost-effective way to give, allowing us to direct more of your donation to the service.
Please note there is a $5 per month minimum for monthly giving.
- If you prefer to donate a single gift, you can give through our secure online donation form here using a credit card.
- Not a fan of the Internet? Please phone us anytime to donate by credit card at 604-431-3222 or toll free 1-877-456-6988.
Like most charities, soliciting and receiving donations through the mail remains a core part of our fundraising activities here at Knowledge. During last fall’s labour disruption, we experienced a notable decline in donation revenue.
We are so grateful for the continued support of our donors through this challenging time.
Partner donations fund more than 40% of everything we do and, therefore, are crucial to keep the Knowledge service available to all British Columbians.
If possible, we encourage donors to continue their giving through our secure website or by phone as outlined above.
Thank you.
