Knowledge Network names Jon Cruz as new Director of Finance
Burnaby, B.C. (October 14, 2025) – Knowledge Network is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Cruz as its new Director of Finance. Jon is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in government and not-for-profit sectors. He is stepping into this role with Jeffrey Lee retiring at the end of December.

Jon is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a stellar reputation for building collaborative teams, establishing strong relationships and a commitment to transparency and innovation. In his most recent role as the Senior Director of Finance for Marquee Sports Events at B.C.'s Ministry of Tourism, Arts, Culture and Sport, Jon played a pivotal role in overseeing financial governance for high-profile events including Grey Cup 2024, Invictus Games 2025, and FIFA World Cup 2026.
